大跨度有黏结预应力梁后张法施工技术浅析

摘要 随着现代建筑的不断发展,大跨度、大空间、少梁柱公共建筑不断出现。后张法有黏结预应力砼结构,因其具有良好的承载力、灵活的空间配置、较轻的结构自重、节约钢材、综合效益好等优势,被广泛应用在大跨度梁、板等重要构件中。本文对济宁高新区文化活动中心项目,25.425m跨度后张有黏结预应力梁结构(梁高1.6m、宽度0.8m、跨度25.425m),施工方法和质量关键控制点进行论述,为以后类似工程的施工提供一定技术参考。 With the continuous development of modern architecture,large-span,large-space,and few-beam-column public buildings subsequently appear.The post-tensioning method has the advantages of bonded prestressed concrete structure,which is widely used in important components such as long-span beams and slabs because of its good bearing capacity,flexible space configuration,lighter structural self-weight,steel saving,and good comprehensive benefits.This paper discusses the construction method and key quality control points of the Jining High-tech Zone Cultural Activity Center Project,the post-tensioned bonded prestressed beam structure with a span of 25.425 m(beam height 1.6 m,width 0.8 m,span 25.425 m),and provides certain technical reference for the construction of similar projects in the future.
