基于HAZOP的丙烷脱氢装置风险分析研究与应用

摘要 丙烷脱氢工艺是石油化工方向的一个重要环节,主要通过对丙烷进行脱氢处理得到丙烯,为下游聚酯工序等提供丙烯原料。丙烷脱氢工艺过程需依次经历高温反应和深冷分离,同时工艺介质属于易燃轻烃类,存在易燃易爆等风险,因此对该装置生产过程进行风险分析与功能安全评估极其重要。本文主要通过对丙烷脱氢工艺开展危险与可操作性(HAZOP)分析,全面辨识该工艺存在的风险,评估现有风险是否可接受,必要时找出针对性的措施降低风险,最终达到风险可控的目的。 Propane dehydrogenation is an important process in petrochemical industry,mainly through the dehydrogenation of propane to get propylene,to provide propylene raw materials for downstream polyester processes.Propane dehydrogenation process needs to go through high temperature reaction and cryogenic separation in sequence.Meanwhile,the process medium is flammable light hydrocarbon,which has inflammable and explosive risks.Therefore,risk analysis and functional safety assessment of the production process of the installation are extremely important.Hazard and Operation Analysis(HAZOP)of propane dehydrogenation process was carried out in the paper to comprehensively identify the risks of the process,assess whether the existing risks are acceptable,and find out specific measures to reduce the risks when necessary,so as to achieve the goal of risk control.
