摘要 在船舶安全领域中,由于焊缝缺陷图像样本匮乏,对焊缝缺陷识别检测工作造成严重阻碍,进一步危害船舶安全。本文基于高效、简单、智能的LabVIEW开发平台,利用现场采集的焊缝缺陷图像,构造了具有预处理功能的图像库,为之后缺陷识别工作奠定良好基础。 In the field of ship safety,the lack of weld defect image samples poses a serious obstacle to weld defect identification and detection,further endangering ship safety.Based on the efficient,simple and intelligent LabVIEW development platform,the paper constructs an image library with pre-processing function by using the weld defect images collected in the field,so as to lay a favorable foundation for the subsequent defect recognition work.
