摘要
通过Catphan 500模体对某医院的一台双源CT(DSCT)进行加权剂量指数(CTDI_(W))、层厚(Thickness)、高对比度分辨力(Spatial Resolution)、低对比度分辨力(Low Contrast Resolution)等性能检测,发现双源CT的A、B两套放射源具有同效性,扫描时的辐射剂量是两个单源的辐射剂量叠加,在同等的辐射剂量指数CTDI_(W)情况下,A、B两套成像系统的性能参数不一致,在诊断中应结合临床实际需求和相关技术要求进行判断。
By using Catphan 500 model,a dual-source CT in a hospital was measured with CTDI_(W),thickness,spatial resolution,low contrast resolution and other performance tests,found that two sets of source of DSCT A,B has the equivalence,scanning when radiation dose is two monophyletic superposition of radiation dose,in the case of the same radiation dose index CTDI_(W),A and B don’t match the performance parameters of two sets of imaging system,in the diagnosis should be combined with clinical actual demand in the judgement and related technical requirements.
