摘要
电子天平是物品称重过程中常用的设备,被应用于多个领域,如贸易结算、科研、生产等,因此其称量结果的准确性尤为重要,需要定期对其计量检定,以确保量值准确可靠。由于电子天平的特性,其计量检定结果受环境、人为等因素的影响,容易在检定过程中发生偏差。为提高电子天平最终计量检定结果的精确性,本文分析了存在于电子天平检定中的主要问题,针对这些检定问题提出改进方案,为电子天平的检定质量和检定效率提供充分保障。
Electronic balance is a common equipment in the process of weighing goods.It is used in many fields,such as trade settlement,scientific research,production,etc.Therefore,the accuracy of its weighing results is particularly important.It needs to be regularly calibrated to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the measurement value.Due to the characteristics of electronic balance,its measurement verification results are deeply affected by environmental and human factors,and it is easy to have deviation in the verification process.In order to improve the accuracy of the final measurement verification results of the electronic balance,the main verification problems existing in the electronic balance will be analyzed,and improvement schemes will be put forward for these verification problems,so as to provide sufficient guarantee for the verification quality and efficiency of the electronic balance.
