论《黄帝内经》五运六气光变时空结构

Analysis of the Five-elements Motions and Six Climatic Changes of the Inner Canon of Huangdi Based on Spatiotemporal Structure of the Celestial Light Changes

文章根据中国古代历法知识,从古天文学角度解读《黄帝内经》,提出光变时空理论。并运用光变时空理论解读《黄帝内经》五运六气时空结构,包括五运的时空结构、六气的时空结构以及五运六气加临的时空结构。文章认为五运六气光变时空结构建立了一个天地人统一的大系统,这个系统包括三个方面:一是从天人合一、天人一气、天人同构的角度出发建构了疾病发生的原理系统(五运的太过与不及导致疾病系统,六气的司天与在泉也导致疾病系统,运气加临导致疾病系统);二是确立了指导疾病治疗的原则系统(司天在泉淫胜治则,主客相胜治则,六气胜复治则,甲子纪年治则,六气分步主时治则);三是确立了疾病治疗的选方用药原则系统(选方原则,五味的阴阳和功用原则,根据五运确立的用药原则,根据六气确立的用药原则)。

According to the knowledge of ancient Chinese calendar,this paper interprets Inner Canon of Huangdi from the perspective of ancient astronomy,and puts forward the theory of the spatiotemporal structure of the celestial light changes.The paper also interprets five-elements motions and six climatic changes in Inner Canon of Huangdi by the theory of the spatiotemporal structure of the celestial light changes,including the spatiotemporal structure of the five-elements motions,six climatic changes,and some other impacts.The paper argues that the spatiotemporal structure of five-elements motions and six climatic changes establishes a large system unified by heaven and earth,which includes three aspects:First,the principle system of disease occurrence is constructed from the perspective of the unity of heaven and man,and the isomorphism of heaven and man(the pathogenesis caused by the overflow and absence of the five-elements motions,the pathogenesis caused by the Sitian and Zaiquan of six climatic changes and the pathogenic system and the pathogenesis caused by the arrival of elements motion and climatic change).The second is to establish the principles of guiding the treatment of disease system(the therapeutic principles of Sitian and Zaiquan,the therapeutic principles of the win between subject and object,the therapeutic principles of the reciprocate of six climatic change,the therapeutic principles of the Jiazi cycle and the therapeutic principles of the hour domination of six climatic change).The third is to establish the principle system of selecting medicinal drugs for the treatment of diseases(the principle of the selecting prescriptions,the principle of the Yin-Yang and usage of five flavours,the principle of the medication according to five-elements motions and the principle of the medication according to six climatic change).
