基于叶天士“久病入络”理论探讨恶性肿瘤相关静脉血栓形成与防治

Discussion on the Formation,Prophylaxis and Treatment of Malignant Tumor-related Venous Thrombosis Based on YE Tianshi's“Chronic Illness into the Collaterals”Theory

静脉血栓栓塞是恶性肿瘤常见并发症之一,中医药在其防治中显示出了良好的临床效果。叶天士所创“久病入络”学术思想揭示了疾病邪气由浅入深的发展规律,并指出了络脉阻滞这一病机,这与肿瘤相关VTE的发生、发展过程相契合。该文从叶氏“久病入络”理论入手,对肿瘤相关VTE发病机制进行阐述,并从络病角度对其防治进行探讨,以期为临床治疗提供理论依据与思路方法。

Venous thromboembolism is one of the common complications of malignant tumors.Traditional Chinese medicine has shown good clinical effects in its treatment.The academic thought of“chronic illness into the collaterals”created by YE Tianshi revealed the development law of evil influence from superficial to deep,and pointed out the pathogenesis of blocking collateral which is consistent with the occurrence and development of tumor-related VTE.This article starts with YE's theory of“chronic illness into the collaterals”,expounds the pathogenesis of tumor-related VTE,and discusses its prevention and treatment methods from the perspective of collateral disease,in order to provide theoretical basis and ideas for clinical treatment.
