针刺治疗原发性失眠取穴规律研究

Analysis on the Laws of Main Acupoints of Acupuncture for the Treatment of Primary Insomnia

目的探讨针刺治疗原发性失眠的取穴规律。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普VIP)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)近5年有关针刺治疗原发性失眠的临床对照研究(RCT)文献。对针刺治疗原发性失眠的穴位处方进行梳理统计并建立数据库,运用IBM SPSS 26.0和SPSS modeler 18.0对针刺处方进行聚类和关联分析。结果共纳入197篇文献,涉及针刺处方338条,穴位108个,其中最常用穴位为神门、百会;使用频率最高的经络是足太阳膀胱经;穴位主要集中在头面、下肢;特定穴应用频次最高为交会穴(725次);内关、神门为核心腧穴且二者关联性最强。结论针刺治疗原发性失眠遵循平衡阴阳、镇静安神的原则。

Objective To analize the selection rules of acupoints treating primary insomnia.Methods To earch for the clinical research literatures on acupuncture treating primary insomnia from the database of China National Knowledge Resource Database(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal database(Chongqing Vipu VIP)and Chinese Academic Journal Database(WanFang Data)recently 5 years.The acupuncture point prescriptions of primary insomnia were sorted out and statistically analyzed,and a database was established.IBM SPSS 25.0 and SPSS modeler 18.0 were used to cluster and correlate the acupuncture prescriptions.Results A total of 197 literatures and 338 acupuncture prescriptions were included,involving 108 acupoints,among which the most commonly used acupoints were Shenmen(HT7),Baihui(DU20).The most frequently used meridian was bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang.The acupoints were mainly located in the head and face and the lower extremity.Intersection(725 times)was the most frequently used specific acupoints.Neiguan(PC6)and Shenmen(HT7)were the core acupoints with the strongest correlation.Conclusions Acupuncture treatment of primary insomnia follow the principle of regulating Yin and Yang and tranquilizing the spirit.
