小儿推拿作为传统中医的一种特色外治疗法,具有源远流长的历史和显著的临床疗效。系统的小儿推拿专著最早成书于明代。由于时代变迁、朝代更迭以及记录载体不断变化等原因,小儿推拿古籍书名、作者等信息的描述难以统一,给古籍研究带来难度。故该文系统梳理了明清时期小儿推拿古籍的相关信息,并按时间顺序考证了古籍的名称、异名、作者信息、成书年代等要素,以期为研究小儿推拿学科的发展奠定文献基础。

As a characteristic external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,pediatric massage has a long history and remarkable clinical efficacy.The systematic monograph of pediatric massage was first written in the Ming Dynasty.However,due to the change of times and the change of dynasties,the information of ancient books of pediatric massage has been spread in different ways.Because of this,it is difficult to unify the descriptions of the titles and authors of the ancient books of pediatric massage on the market now.This article systematically sorted out the information related to all kinds of pediatric massage ancient books in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and selected the origin,author's name,content characteristics and the existing situation of some monographs,in order to lay a foundation for the development of the study of pediatric massage.
