基于OPG/RANKL/RANK信号通路治疗绝经后骨质疏松症中西医研究进展 被引量:8

Advances in the Study of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis by Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Through OPG/RANKL/RANK Signaling Pathways

摘要 骨质疏松症是由多种信号通路共同影响,同时也是骨科最常见的代谢性骨病之一,绝经后骨质疏松症是其常见类型,由于患者年龄较大,骨折发生率较高,近些年受到研究学者的重点关注。OPG/RAN KL/RANK信号通路影响着成骨细胞和破骨细胞的增殖、分化及其功能作用,在治疗绝经后骨质疏松症方面有着重要的作用和研究价值。该文将对OPG/RANKL/RANK信号通路的组成、作用机制以及通过该通路治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的中西医药物进行概述。中药活性成分包括黄瓜籽多肽、黄瓜籽总皂苷、牛蒡子苷元和葛根素等,西药包括临床常用的雌激素、选择性雌激素受体调节药、双膦酸盐和狄诺塞麦等。 Osteoporosis is one of the most common metabolic osteopathy in orthopaedics,which is mediated and affected by many kinds of signaling pathways,and postmenopausal osteoporosis is a common type,which has attracted the attention of researchers in recent years because of the older patients and the higher incidence of fractures.OPG/RANKL/RANK signaling pathways influence the proliferation,differentiation and functional effects of osteoblasts and osteoclasts,besides it plays an important role and provides research value in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis.In this paper,the composition,mechanism of action as well as traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis through OPG/RANKL/RANK signaling pathway will be summarized.The active ingredients of Chinese medicine include cucumber seed polypeptides,cucumber seed total saponins,arctigenin and puerarin etc.,and Western medicine includes clinically commonly used estrogen,selective estrogen receptor regulation drugs,bisphosphonates and denosumab.
