健脾益肾疏肝方联合帕罗西汀治疗尿道综合征疗效观察

Clinical observation on Jianpi Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with paroxetine in treatment of urethral syndrome

目的观察健脾益肾疏肝方联合帕罗西汀治疗尿道综合征(FUS)的临床疗效及对排尿情况的影响。方法将我院尿道综合征患者80例随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组给予健脾益肾疏肝方。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医症状积分、排尿症状、对生活质量评分(QOL),最大尿流率、膀胱残余尿量。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证状积分均降低,观察组患者中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者QOL评分降低;观察组患者QOL评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者最大尿流率增高,膀胱残余尿量下降,观察组患者最大尿流率高于对照组,而膀胱残余尿量低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾疏肝方联合帕罗西汀治疗尿道综合征疗效较满意,改善临床症状、生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with paroxetine in treatment of urethral syndrome(US)and its effect on urination.Methods Eighty patients with US were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.Control group was treated with paroxetine,and observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Shugan Decoction.The clinical effect,TCM symptom score,urination symptom,quality of life score(QOL),maximal urine flow rate and bladder residual urine volume were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate was significantly higher in observation group than in control group(P<0.05);the TCMsymptom scores decreased in both groups,which were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05);the QOL scores of both groups decreased;which were lower in observation group than in control group(P<0.05);the maximum urine flow rate increased in both groups,and the residual urine volume of the bladder decreased;the maximum urine flow rate was higher in observation group than in control group,while the residual urine volume of the bladder was lower than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Shugan Decoction combined with paroxetine has a satisfactory effect in treatment of US,and can improve clinical symptoms and the quality of life.
