摘要
以某20t单主梁通用门式起重机为研究对象,通过ADAMS软件构建门式起重机模型,模拟起升机构的超载和突然加速工况并进行了机械动力学分析,获取了各部件的受力变化和动态状况,为使用单位编制安全操作规程和事故应急预案指出了技术关键点,为制造单位的相关设计提供了试验数据参考,为检验机构检验检测、安全评估提供了技术支持。
Taking a 20 t gantry crane as the research object,the virtual prototype model of the gantry crane is established by using ADAMS,and the mechanical dynamics analysis under overload condition and sudden acceleration condition is carried out to obtain the stress change and dynamic condition of each component,which provides the technical key points for the user to formulate the safe operation specification and emergency response plan,provides the test data reference for the relevant design of the manufacturer,and provides the technical support for the inspection and testing safety assessment of the inspection organization.
