天然气处理厂基于风险和可靠性的安全现状评价技术应用 被引量:1

Application of Safety Assessment in Operation Based on Risk and Reliability in Nature-gas Processing Plant

摘要 针对某气田天然气处理厂的火炬系统、工业控制系统、电气系统及公用工程装置从2014年至今未停车检修的情况,综合运用风险评估(RBI)和可靠性评估(RCM)方法,对上述系统/装置进行安全现状评价,确定各系统/设备的潜在损伤模式和故障模式,计算各系统/设备对应故障模式的失效可能性、影响后果和风险以及故障原因,并根据故障原因和风险水平制定检维修策略,最终提出评价结论和管理建议。 For long-time operation without shut-down maintenance of flare system,DCS,electrical system and utility system of nature-gas processing plant of one gas field since 2014,based on the application of RBI and RCM methods,the safety assessment in operation had been completed.The potential damage modes and malfunction modes of each system and equipment had been confirmed.The failure probability,consequence,risk and fault reason of each malfunction mode of above system and equipment had been evaluated.The maintenance method had been compiled according to fault reason and risk level of above system and equipment.At last,the assessment conclusion and management advice had been offered.
