“五大振兴”推动乡村全面振兴--山西省壶关县的经验

On the Promotion of Comprehensive Rural Revitalization with Five Major Means

新时代农业农村发展进入新阶段,农民群众也有了新期待。党的十九大提出了“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的乡村振兴战略总要求。2022年,中央一号文件再次指导“三农”工作,农业农村现代化需要持续、全方位、多角度推进乡村发展,聚焦产业、人才、文化、生态、组织“五大振兴”领域,统筹协调推进乡村全面振兴。只有乡村全面振兴,才能让农业强有甜头,农民富有盼头,农村美有看头。

Agricultural development and rural development have entered a new stage in the new era,and farmers have new expectations.Rural revitalization puts forward the general requirements of"thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance,and prosperous life".In 2022,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee once again guided the work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Modernization of agriculture and rural areas requires sustained,all-round and multi-angle rural development,focusing on the"five revitalization"areas of industry,human resources,culture,ecology and organization,and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Only when rural areas are revitalized in an all-round way can we make agriculture more rewarding,farmers more hopeful and rural areas more attractive.
