原相煤矿复合顶板煤巷控制对策研究 被引量:1

摘要 在煤矿生产过程中,复合顶板煤巷矩形断面具有围岩变形严重、易冒顶、难支护的特点。以原相煤矿为工程背景,对复合顶板煤巷稳定性进行研究,分析了21109工作面皮带顺槽围岩变形影响因素,提出了采用兼具组合梁和组合拱承载效应的梁-拱锚固结构,并采用梁-拱锚固结构围岩控制对策进行了井下工业性试验。监测结果表明,采用该方案有效地控制了复合顶板煤巷的围岩变形,维持了巷道围岩的稳定性,保证了煤矿的生产安全。 In the process of coal mine production,the rectangular section of compound roof coal roadway has the characteristics of serious deformation of surrounding rock,easy to roof fall and difficult to support.In this paper,the stability of compound roof coal roadway was studied based on the engineering background of Yuanxiang Coal Mine,and the influencing factors of surrounding rock deformation of belt passage in 21109 working face were analyzed.The beam-arch anchorage bearing structure with combined beam and combined arch bearing effect was proposed,and the surrounding rock control strategy of beam-arch anchorage structure was adopted,and industrial tests were carried out underground.The monitoring results show that the technical scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of coal roadway with compound roof,maintain the stability of roadway surrounding rock,and guarantee the safety production of coal mines.
