摘要
由于古塘煤层自燃,8205综放工作面多次启封密闭,地质条件恶劣,设备损坏严重,未知因素众多。经过监测判断具备启封条件,决定再次启封,进行抢救性生产、停采、回撤。通过现场考量、利弊分析,制定了相应的解决方案,按照挺架、摆架、提溜、顶溜、割刀等关键生产工艺的调整实践,最终使积压近4年之久的整套综放设备全部得以回收利用,实现了安全、高效、快速的生产回撤,圆满完成了计划任务,收到了很好的效果。
Due to the spontaneous combustion of Gutang coal seam,the 8205 fully mechanized caving face has been opened and sealed many times,the geological conditions are bad,the equipment is seriously damaged,and there are many unknown factors.After monitoring and judging that the conditions for unsealing were met,it was decided to unseal it again to carry out rescue production,stopping mining and withdrawal.Through on-site consideration and analysis of advantages and disadvantages,this paper formulated corresponding solutions.According to the adjustment practice of key production processes such as support lifting,support placing,conveyer lifting,conveyer topping and cutting,the entire set of fully mechanized caving equipment that has been backlogged for nearly 4 years had been recycled and used.The safe,efficient and fast production withdrawal was realized,the planned tasks were successfully completed,and good results were received.
