摘要
采煤工作面过高位钻场期间会出现抽采盲区,且工作面顶板会出现破碎等问题,继而出现安全隐患。以王坡煤矿3#煤层采煤工作面为例,对采煤工作面过高位钻场瓦斯与顶板管理技术应用进行了探讨。在王坡煤矿3#煤层采煤工作面过高位钻场时采取了有效的瓦斯治理技术,对采空区瓦斯进行抽放,同时着力解决好采煤工作面过高位钻场过程时的顶板支护问题,有效保证了采煤工作面安全,确保了采煤工作面顺利过高位钻场。
During the period of coal mining face passing through the high-level drilling field,there will be blind drainage areas,and the roof of the working face will be broken,resulting in potential safety hazards.Taking the working face of 3#coal seam in Wangpo Coal Mine as an example,this paper discussed the application of gas and roof management technology during the period of coal mining face passing through the high-level drilling field.In Wangpo Coal Mine,effective gas control technology was adopted when the coal mining face of 3#coal seam passed the high-level drilling field to carry out the goaf gas drainage.At the same time,efforts were made to solve the problem of roof support when the coal mining face passed the high-level drilling field,which effectively ensured the safety of the coal mining face and ensured that the coal mining face passed the high-level drilling site smoothly.
