摘要
作为煤矿井下生产中的重要电气设备之一,煤矿主扇风机承担着净化空气、控制瓦斯浓度和调节矿井下温湿度的任务。因此,在煤矿主扇风机运行过程中,为确保其能安全稳定地运行,故障识别与处理起着重要的作用,可以营造良好的井下作业环境,达到空气流通的目的,保障井下作业人员施工安全。从煤矿主扇风机的基本结构入手,对其主要故障类型及故障识别手段进行分析,针对煤矿主扇风机日常运行中出现较多的故障提出具体处理措施,为煤矿安全生产提供一定的参考。
As one of the important electrical equipment in the underground production of a coal mine,the main fans of coal mines undertakes the task of purifying air,controlling gas concentration and adjusting the temperature and humidity under the mine.Therefore,during the operation of main fans in coal mines,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation,fault identification and treatment plays an important role,which can create a good underground working environment,achieve the purpose of air circulation,and ensure the construction safety of underground operators.Starting with the basic structure of main fans in coal mines,this paper analyzed the main fault types and fault identification methods,and put forward specific treatment measures for the common faults in the daily operation of main fans in coal mines,so as to provide a certain reference for coal mine safety production.
