摘要
通过测量三道沟煤矿85217采煤工作面人行道不同位置粉尘质量浓度,得出采煤工作面人行道最大粉尘质量浓度区域,通过分析采样点粉尘质量浓度,为采煤工作面粉尘防治提供数据支撑。根据采样结果分析,结合现场实际情况,设计安装支架导尘装置,对液压支架移架落矸产尘空隙进行封闭并导入采空区。现场使用结果表明,使用支架导尘装置,液压支架移架时下风侧邻架采样点降尘率高达90.21%,同时上、下风侧滚筒司机位置处降尘率分别达26.60%,28.25%,有效解决了移架落矸产尘问题。
By measuring the dust mass concentration at different positions of the sidewalk of 85217 coal mining face in Sandaogou Coal Mine,the maximum dust mass concentration area of the sidewalk of the coal mining face was obtained.By analyzing the dust mass concentration at the sampling point,data support was provided for the prevention and control of dust in coal mining face.According to the analysis of sampling results and the actual situation of the site,the dust guide device of the support was designed and installed to close the dust producing gap of the gangue falling from the hydraulic support and lead it into the goaf.The field application results showed that when using the support dust guide device,the dust reduction rate of the sampling point adjacent to the support on the downwind side was as high as 90.21%,and the dust reduction rate of the upwind and downwind drum driver position was 26.60%and 28.25%respectively,which effectively solved the problem of dust generation caused by support moving and gangue falling.
