摘要
社会经济水平的不断上升,使得中国的工业化进程不断推进,在机械技术方面,中国已经取得了可观的成效。皮带机在煤矿生产的过程中应用广泛,其主要用于煤炭的运输及装卸等过程中。但皮带机运行过程中存在着一大缺陷,即经常发生跑偏现象,在实际生产中严重影响着企业的生产效率。为此,引入了防偏技术,其能够在很大程度上降低跑偏的概率,进而保障皮带机的稳定作业。对皮带机跑偏的原因进行了详细阐述,提出了几种防偏技术,可以为后期的煤矿开采提供一定的参考。
The continuous rise of the social and economic level has made China's industrialization process continue to advance.In terms of mechanical technology,China has achieved considerable results.The belt conveyors are widely used in the process of coal mine production,mainly used in the process of coal transportation and loading and unloading.However,there is a major defect in the operation of the belt conveyor,that is,the phenomenon of deviation often occurs,which seriously affects the production efficiency of the enterprise in actual production.For this reason,the anti-deviation technology was introduced,which can greatly reduce the probability of deviation,thereby ensuring the stable operation of the belt conveyor.This paper explained the reasons for the deviation of the belt conveyor in detail,and proposed several anti-deviation technologies,which can provide certain reference for the later coal mining.
