摘要 根据采煤机与液压支架速度匹配特性,利用采煤机推进速度与液压支架单架作业时间匹配关系曲线进行液压支架动作互补优化跟机工艺,通过对液压支架群建立AMESim仿真模拟模型,并利用时滞效果对结果进行优化得出优化后的压力曲线,从而得出自动化跟机效果。井下试验中自动化跟机效果运行流畅,煤壁片帮问题得到有效改善,液压系统也较为稳定。 According to the speed matching characteristics of the shearer and the hydraulic support,the complementary optimization of the following process of the hydraulic support action is carried out by using the matching relationship curve between the advancing speed of the shearer and the single operation time of the hydraulic support.The AMESim simulation model is established for the hydraulic support group,and the optimized pressure curve is obtained by using the time lag effect,so as to obtain the automatic following effect.In the underground test,the automatic following effect runs smoothly,the problem of coal wall spalling has been effectively improved,and the hydraulic system is also relatively stable.
