无功补偿技术在煤矿电气工程中的应用讨论 被引量:6

摘要 提高电网的功率因数对于保证供电质量具有十分重要的意义。在煤矿开采中,使用了很多大功率电机,这会使得电网的功率因数降低。功率因数过低不仅会造成电能浪费严重,还会造成很多机电设备出现异常。因此,为了保证煤矿电气设备的经济、安全运行,需要进行无功补偿。介绍了功率因数的基本概念,重点分析了电气工程中无功补偿的意义,主要包括能够提高供电质量、保证供电系统的安全性和节约用电成本,最后重点介绍了煤矿电气工程中应用的无功补偿技术,包括高压集中补偿、低压集中补偿和低压个别补偿,可以为煤矿供电的无功补偿提供一定的技术参考。 Improving the power factor of the power grid is of great significance to ensure the quality of power supply.In coal mining,many high-power motors are used,which reduces the power factor of the grid.Too low power factor will not only cause serious waste of electric energy,but also cause abnormality of many electromechanical devices.Therefore,in order to ensure the economical and safe operation of coal mine electrical equipment,reactive power compensation is required.This paper introduced the basic concept of power factor,and mainly analyzed the significance of reactive power compensation in electrical engineering,mainly including reducing power supply quality,ensuring the safety of power supply system and saving electricity cost.Finally,it focused on the application of reactive power compensation technology in coal mine electrical engineering,including high-voltage centralized compensation,low-voltage centralized compensation and low-voltage individual compensation,which can provide certain technical reference for reactive power compensation of coal mine power supply.
