ZIF-8@Co-Mn-ZIF-67沸石咪唑骨架材料对硼的吸附

摘要 为了提高沸石咪唑骨架材料ZIF-67对硼的吸附效果,采用溶剂热法制备ZIF-8@Co-Mn-ZIF-67沸石咪唑骨架材料来进一步解决当前硼资源的污染和浪费问题。并借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等分析手段对材料进行表征,发现该材料具有良好的晶体形貌,且稳定性较高。讨论了吸附时间、pH对吸附性能的影响,同时考察了准一级和准二级动力学模型、Langmuir和Freundlich等温吸附模型来探究该材料的吸附机理。实验结果表明,当pH=6,温度为25℃的条件下最大吸附量达34.35 mg/g。吸附动力学研究发现吸附过程遵循准一级动力学模型,吸附等温线表明整个吸附过程更加符合Freundlich模型,说明该吸附过程为多分子层吸附。通过阴阳离子干扰实验确定该材料具有一定的选择性,该材料在10次循环吸附实验后表现出良好的稳定性和再生性,在用于水溶液除硼方面具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to improve the boron adsorption effect by ZIF-67 zeolite imidazole framework material,ZIF-8@Co-Mn-ZIF-67 zeolite imidazole framework material was prepared by solvothermal method for the first time in this study to further solve the pollution and waste of boron resources.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)et al.,were used to characterize the material.It was found that the material had good crystal morphology through characterization,and high stability.The effects of adsorption time and pH on the adsorption performance were discussed.In addition,the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics of the adsorption process were studied in detail.And the quasi-first order and quasi-second order kinetic models,Langmuir and Freundlich isothermal adsorption models were used to explore the adsorption mechanism of the material.The experimental results showed under the condition of pH=6,the temperature 25℃,the maximum adsorption capacity reached 34.35 mg/g.The adsorption kinetics study showed that the adsorption process followed the quasi-first-order kinetics model,and the adsorption isotherm showed that the whole adsorption process was more consistent with the Freundlich model,indicating that the adsorption process was multi-molecular layer adsorption.The material showed good stability and reproducibility after 10 cycles of adsorption experiments.It has a broad application prospect in boron removal in aqueous solution.
