乡村振兴的内涵、困境与进路探析——基于自然与文化融合的视角

Connotation,Dilemma and Approach of Rural Revitalization——Based on the Perspective of the Integration of Nature and Culture

【目的/意义】我国乡村振兴是要通过新时代的创造变革,实现从离乡背井到以德法治乡的集体经济的全链重建。【方法/过程】通过文献研究和分析归纳,研究人与自然的对立与和解,城市化进程对乡村文化的冲击与疏离,探讨约束乡村振兴的不利环境和制度缺位等因素,提出乡村振兴的举措和优化路径。【结果/结论】人们对于乡村牧歌的精神自由成为无数有志者终生的理想,这也成为乡村始终具有吸引力的基础。为了创造可以回得去的乡村,需要制度创新、技术创新和文化创新,让乡村真正成为安放乡愁的温暖家园。

【Objective/Meaning】The rural revitalization in China is to realize the whole-chain reconstruction of the collective economy from leaving their homes to the rule of virtue and law through the creation and reform of the new era.【Methods/Procedures】Through the literature research,analysis and summary,the opposition and reconciliation between man and nature were studied,as well as the impact and alienation of urbanization on the rural culture,and then the factors such as the unfavorable environment and institutional absence that restricted the rural revitalization were discussed.Last,the measures and optimization paths for rural revitalization were put forward.【Results/Conclusions】People’s spiritual freedom for rural pastoral songs has become the lifelong ideal of countless aspirants,which has also become the basis for the attraction of rural areas.In order to create the countryside that could be returned to,the institutional innovation,technological innovation and cultural innovation were needed to make the countryside truly become a warm home for settling the nostalgia.
