摘要
空时块码(STBC)和宽带置换索引差分混沌移位键控(PI-DCSK)调制都是可以减轻多径衰落影响的技术,通过将STBC应用在混沌通信中,提出了一种新的多元置换索引差分混沌移位键控STBC-PI-DCSK方案,结合了STBC和置换索引混沌调制PI-DCSK的优点。由于不同混沌信号之间的相关性非常低,该方案可以显著抑制发射天线间的干扰,以恢复所需的信息并实现完整的分集增益。仿真结果表明,在误码率BER为10^(-4)时,STBC-PI-DCSK方案比单输入单输出(SISO)-PI-DCSK误码率性能优异约5 dB。更重要的是,该方案保持了与SISO-PI-DCSK方案相似的收发器成本。因此,该方案是无线局域网(WLAN)应用的一种具有重大价值的替代方案。
Both the inherent wideband permutation index differential-chaos-shift-keying(PI-DCSK)modulation and the Space-Time Block Code(STBC)are techniques that can mitigate the effect of multipath fading.By applying STBC at the chaotic segment level,a novel STBC-PI-DCSK scheme is proposed in this paper.The proposed scheme combines the advantages of STBC and permutation index chaotic modulation PI-DCSK.Due to the very low correlation between different analog chaotic signals,the proposed scheme can remarkably suppress the inter-transmit-antenna interference so as to recover the desired information and to achieve the full diversity gain.The results demonstrate that the STBC-PI-DCSK scheme outperforms the conventional Single-input-Single-output(SISO)-PI-DCSK scheme by about 5 dB at a BER of 10^(-4).More importantly,the proposed scheme maintains the same low transceiver cost as the SISO-PI-DCSK scheme.Consequently,this proposed scheme is a low-cost alternative for Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN)applications.
