摘要
由于大量电力行业碳排放企业加入碳交易市场,传统的碳交易匹配体系面临新一轮的机遇和挑战。碳交易的匹配成功率在很大程度上依赖匹配双方的多时点指标信息以及信息的透明度,基于区块链技术和考虑多时点信息的碳交易方案是当今复杂且高需求的市场环境下的关键技术。因此,利用联盟链和私有链实现碳交易匹配的透明性、安全性,通过证据推理方法融合多时点指标值提高减排努力值的合理性、全面性;同时,运用Kuhn-Munkras算法达到最优匹配,从而促使各个企业积极参与,实现减排效益最大化。最后,通过相关算例分析碳交易匹配方案的实际效果。
As a large number of carbon emission companies have joined the carbon trading market in the power industry,the traditional carbon trading matching system is facing a new round of opportunities and challenges.The matching success rate of carbon trading relies to a large extent on the multi-temporal indicator information of the matching parties.The research of carbon trading scheme based on blockchain technology and considering multi-point information and information transparency is the key to today's complex and high demand market environment.Therefore,this article uses alliance chains and private chains to achieve the transparency and security of carbon trading matching,and uses evidence reasoning method to integrate multi-point indicator values to improve the rationality and comprehensiveness of emission reduction efforts;At the same time,the Kuhn-Munkras algorithm is used to achieve the optimal matching,thereby prompting various enterprises to actively participate in the maximization of emission reduction benefits.Finally,the actual effects of the proposed carbon trading matching scheme are analyzed through relevant examples.
