小叶杨不同优树无性系光合特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 于2019年,以祁连县为主要分布区选取8个小叶杨优良无性系(S_(9)、S_(17)、S_(19)、D_(34)、T_(35)、T_(36)、T_(42)、T_(43))为材料,采用Li-6400便携式光合仪和JUNIOR-PAM荧光仪对其光合生理指标进行测定分析。结果表明:净光合速率的日变化既有单峰曲线也有双峰曲线,蒸腾速率与气孔导度的日变化呈单峰曲线;8个小叶杨优良无性系中,T_(43)、T_(42)、S_(17)光合能力较强且生长优势明显,各项指标的综合指数较高,适应高光强环境能力较强。因此,无性系 T_(43),T_(42),S_(17)生长表现好且光合效率高,可在生产上推广应用。 In 2019,8 excellent clones(S_(9)、S_(17)、S_(19)、D_(34)、T_(35)、T_(36)、T_(42)、T_(43))of Populus simonii Carr were selected from Qilian County as the main distribution area,using Li-6400 portable photosynthesis instrument and JUNIOR-PAM fluorometer to measure and analyze the photosynthetic physiological indicators.The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate had both unimodal and bimodal curves,and the diurnal variation of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance showed a unimodal curve;among the eight excellent clones of Populus lobularis,T_(43)、T_(42) and S_(17) had higher photosynthetic capacities with strong and obvious growth advantages,their comprehensive index of each index were higher,and the ability to adapt to high light intensity environment were stronger.Therefore,the clones T_(43),T_(42) and S_(17) have good growth performance and high photosynthetic efficiency,and can be popularized and applied in production.
