微创注射防治古松树松材线虫病效果分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Effect of Minimally Invasive Injecti on in the Prevention and Control of Pine Wood Nematode Disease in Ancient pine Trees

摘要 松材线虫(Bursaphelenchus xylophilus)病是松林的毁灭性病害,打孔注药是松材线虫病防控的重要方法之一。采用树干精准微创注射甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐制剂的方法对福建省闽清县古驿道、古民居等具有保护价值的古松树进行防治松材线虫病试验。结果表明,注射处理的354株古松树,1.5~2 a后保存率为94.1%~97.0%,不注射(对照)的85株古松树保存率仅5.9%。说明微创注射对防治古松树松材线虫病有良好的效果。该技术对防治松材线虫起效快、药剂有效期内防治效力可持续。 Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease is a devastating disease of pine forest,and punch injection is one of the important methods for the prevention and control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease.In this experiment,the conservation value of ancient pine trees with protective value was controlled by means of accurate minimally invasive injection of emamectin benzoate in the trunk,and the results showed that the preservation rate of 354 injected ancient pine trees after 1.5~2 years was 94.1%~97.0%,and the preservation rate of 85 ancient pine trees without injection(control)was 5.9%.It shows that minimally invasive injection has a good effect on the prevention and control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus disease of ancient pine trees.This technology has a fast effect on the control of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus and is sustainable during the validity period of the agent.
