逐瘀通痹汤加减对膝关节骨性关节炎患者炎症因子水平及功能康复的影响

Effect of modified Zhuyu Tongbi Decoction on inflammatory factor level and functional rehabilitation in patients with knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床治疗效果。方法选择2019年8月~2021年8月在我院治疗的98例KOA患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组各49例。对照组予以常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗,均连续治疗8周。观察比较两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平[白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、膝关节功能[骨性关节炎指数膝关节评分量表(WOMAC)]及不良反应情况。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,IL-8、TNF-α、IL-6水平及VAS、WOMAC评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论逐瘀通痹汤加减治疗KOA可获得理想的效果,利于减轻炎症反应及局部疼痛,改善膝关节功能,且安全可靠。

Objective To investigate the role of in knee osteoarthritis(KOA)the effect of modified Zhuyu Tongbi Decoction in patients.Methods 98 patients with koa treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were randomly divided into two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Zhuyu Tongbi Decoction for 8 weeks[interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)].Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.IL-8,TNF-α,IL-6,the scores of vas and WOMAC were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 for each);but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhuyu Tongbi Decoction is an ideal treatment for KOA,which can relieve inflammation and local pain and improve the function of knee joint.
