SMBL-09专有技术系列治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的临床观察

Clinical observation on SMBL-90 proprietary technology in the treatment of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction

目的观察SMBL-09专有技术系列治疗脑梗死恢复期患者的效果。方法回顾性分析2018~2021年在我中心住院治疗的100例脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果本组患者治疗总有效率为81.0%,其中显效28例,有效53例,无效19例。100例患者中,治疗后开放的微血管排数最低12排,最高18排。93例肢体乏力患者中,肌力改善总有效率为84.95%(79/93)。31例言语功能障碍患者中,言语功能改善总有效率为64.52%(20/31)。19例偏身肢体麻木患者中,偏身肢体麻木改善总有效率为68.42%(13/19)。治疗期间患者无明显不良反应。结论应用SMBL-09专有技术系列治疗脑梗死恢复期患者安全、有效。

Objective To observe the Clinical observation on SMBL-90 proprietary technology in the treatment of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients of cerebral infarction hospitalized in our center from 2018 to 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The total effective rate of patients was 81.0%,of which 28 cases were significant effective,53 cases were effective and 19 cases were ineffective.In 100 patients,the lowest number of open microvessel rows was 12 and the highest number was 18 after treatment.Among 93 patients with limb weakness,the total effective rate of muscle strength improvement was 84.95%(79/93).Among 31 patients with speech dysfunction,the total effective rate of speech function improvement was 64.52%(20/31).Among 19 patients with partial limb numbness,the total effective rate was 68.42%(13/19).There was no obvious adverse reaction during treatment.Conclusion SMBL-90 proprietary technology is cafe and effective in the treatment of convalescent patients with cerebral infarction.
