互动健康教育模式应用于儿童白血病PICC置管中的效果分析

Effect analysis of interactive health education model applied to PICC catheterization in children with leukemia

目的探讨互动健康教育模式在儿童白血病外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)中的应用效果。方法选择2019年1月~2022年1月在我院行PICC置管的白血病患儿80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组在置管期间给予常规健康教育,观察组在置管期间给予互动健康教育。观察比较两组的置管效果、健康知识掌握情况以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组的一次穿刺成功率为92.50%高于对照组的72.50%,穿刺点出血率为12.50%低于对照组的32.50%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组患者的健康知识掌握率为95.00%高于对照组的72.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为12.50%低于对照组的32.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论互动健康教育模式应用于儿童白血病PICC置管中的效果显著,有利于提高PICC置管穿刺成功率和患儿家属健康知识掌握度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective This study explored the effect of the interactive health education model in the placement of peripherally inserted central catheters(PICC)in children with leukemia.Methods Using the random number table method,80 children with leukemia who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each.The control group was given routine health education during catheterization,and the observation group was given interactive health education during catheterization.The effect of catheter placement,health knowledge,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of one puncture in the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),and the bleeding rate of the puncture point(12.50%)was lower than that in the control group(32.50%)(P<0.05 for both).The rate of complications(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%)(P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the observation group(12.50%)was lower than that in the control group(32.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The interactive health education model applied to PICC catheterization in children with leukemia has a significant effect.It can greatly improve the success rate of PICC catheterization,strengthen the health knowledge of children’s family members,and reduce the incidence of complications of PICC catheterization.
