干扰素在生猪病毒性疾病治疗中的应用

Use of Interferon in the Treatment of Pig Viral Disease

生猪产业在整个畜牧养殖行业中占据重要地位,养殖范围较广,涉及省份较多。2018年受到非洲猪瘟疫情的影响,我国生猪养殖业遭受到巨大冲击,繁殖母猪的存栏量显著下降,养殖户发展生猪养殖业的积极性受到了打击。当前病毒性传染性疾病是制约生猪养殖业健康发展的重要因素,长期以来各类病毒性传染性疾病主要采用疫苗免疫接种预防的方式进行防控。随着生物科学技术不断向前发展,干扰素作为一种优异的抗病毒药物,在治疗中某些病毒性疾病方面发挥越来越明显的效果,需要加强对感染干扰素的正确性认知,做到科学应用,避免病毒性疾病发生流行带来严重经济损失。该文主要论述干扰素的机理与作用,并提出干扰素在生猪病毒性疾病治疗中的应用。

Pig industry plays an important role in the whole animal husbandry industry,which has a wide range and involves many provinces.In 2018,affected by the epidemic of African swine fever,the pig-breeding industry in our country suffered a huge impact,the number of breeding sows decreased significantly,and the enthusiasm of farmers to develop the pig-breeding industry was hit.At present,viral infectious disease is an important factor restricting the healthy development of the pig farming industry.For a long time,various viral infectious disease have been mainly prevented by vaccination.With the development of biological science and Technology,interferon,as an excellent antiviral drug,has become more and more effective in the treatment of certain viral disease,there is a need to strengthen the correct understanding of interferon infection,scientific application,to avoid serious economic losses caused by viral disease epidemics.This article mainly discusses the mechanism and function of interferon,and proposes the application of interferon in the treatment of pig viral disease.
