Influencing Factors of Milk Quality

牛奶具有丰富的蛋白质和营养物质,深受广大消费者的喜爱。牛奶的品质与奶牛养殖息息相关。奶牛品种、不同的泌乳阶段及不同胎次的奶牛均对牛奶的品质有关键的影响,奶牛的养殖环境也会影响牛奶的品质,做好这些方面的饲养管理工作是改善牛奶品质的关键。该文对奶牛养殖中影响牛奶品质的常见因素进行介绍。

Milk is rich in protein and nutrients,by the majority of consumers love.The quality of milk is closely related to dairy farming.The breed of cow,the different lactation stage and the different parity of cow all have the key influence to the milk quality,at the same time the milking environment of the cow also can affect the milk quality,it is the key to improve the quality of milk to do well the feeding management in these aspects.In this paper,the common factors affecting milk quality in dairy cattle breeding were introduced.
