高校既有宿舍给排水提升改造的问题及对策--以天津大学卫津路校区六、七里台宿舍为例

随着我国高等教育的跨越式发展,校内住宿资源越发紧张。各高校在新建宿舍建筑的同时,还有大量的既有宿舍面临提升改造。本文以天津大学卫津路校区六、七里台宿舍提升改造项目为例,提出给排水专业在提升改造中,应以消除既有宿舍安全隐患为基础,从细节着眼,提升其舒适性体验感,并注重节能手段运用,从而实现高校既有宿舍健康性、舒适性、节能性的全面提升。

With the leap-forward development of higher education in China,on-campus accommodation resources are becoming increasingly tight.While universities are carrying out new dormitory buildings,a large number of existing dormitories are facing upgrading and renovation.This paper takes the upgrading project of Liulitai and Qilitai dormitories in Weijinlu Campus of Tianjin University as example,and proposes that the upgrading and renovation of water supply and drainage should be based on eliminating the hidden safety hazards of existing dormitories,focusing on details to improve the comfort experience,and paying attention to the use of energy-saving means,so as to realize the overall improvement of the health,comfort and energy-saving of existing dormitories in universities.
