公共服务市场中的社会化治理研究

Research on Socialized Governance in the Public Service Market

市场化改革和社会化治理是公共服务治理的两个核心问题,两者之间不是二元分割的关系,而是同时存在着排斥、依附和共生等多样的关系。本文基于经济社会学的理论,分析公共服务市场化改革对社会化治理的影响,观察公共服务市场中的社会化治理现象,揭示市场化改革引致社会化治理的内在机理。中国的公共服务治理改革,应当在政府的主导下,推进市场和社会的统合治理。

Market-oriented reform and social governance are the two core issues of public service governance.The relationship between them is not dualistic division,but various relations such as exclusion,dependence and symbiosis.Based on"Economic Sociology"theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between market-oriented reform of public service and socialized governance,observes the phenomenon of socialized governance in public service market,and reveals the internal mechanism of market-oriented reform leading to socialized governance.On the perspective of market and social integration,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the reform of public service system.
