工程训练教师师德评价体系建构的研究与实践

摘要 师德对学校的教育教学质量会产生深远的影响。学校应基于教育教学实践,积极构建科学、专业的师德评价体系,从而不断加强教师的思想政治教育和职业道德教育,营造良好的校园师德氛围。以国家级实验教学示范中心建构的“一基二维全方位”师德评价体系为研究样本,探索符合工程训练教育教学特点的教师师德评价与激励机制,为相关院校建立一支理论水平高、实践能力强、德技并修的实训教学师资队伍提供可参考的设计思路和制度范本。 As a kind of recessive cultural quality foundation,teachers'ethics in colleges and universities will have a far-reaching influence on the quality of education and teaching.Based on the practice of education and teaching,colleges and universities should actively construct a scientific and professional evaluation system of teachers'ethics so as to strengthen teachers'ideological and political education and professional ethics education and to create a good atmosphere of teachers'ethics on campus.By studying the"One-base,two-dimension and all-round"evaluation system of teachers'ethics constructed by an engineering training center in a university,the author explores the evaluation and incentive mechanism of teachers'ethics which is in accord with the teaching characteristics of engineering training education.It provides a reference for establishing a practical teaching faculty with high theoretical level,strong practical ability and moral and technical training.
