摘要
师德是教师在从事教学活动过程中需遵守的基本准则和道德规范,师德养成是教师开展职业活动的立身之本。教师的师德养成具有符合其自身发展的内在逻辑,其以道德内化为先导,以道德躬行为根本,以道德反思为要义。因此,为促进教师的道德养成,可从观念引领、实践操作和制度保障三个方面着手探究师德养成的实践路向。
Teachers'morality is the basic norms and moral norms that teachers need to abide by in the process of teaching activities.The cultivation of teachers'morality is the foundation of teachers'professional activities,and it has important value implications for implementing the policies and opinions on teachers'morality and style,promoting teachers'own development,and breaking through the degenerate situation of teachers'morality.There is an inherent logic in the cultivation of teachers'morality that conforms to their own development.It takes moral internalization as the guide,moral practice as the foundation,and moral reflection as the essence.Therefore,in order to promote teachers'moral cultivation,we can explore the practical direction of teachers'moral cultivation from three aspects:concept guidance,practical operation and institutional guarantee.
