茶叶“返青”释义及其词族发展

摘要 “返青”是茶叶行业里一个常用术语。“返青”也是茶叶品鉴和储存过程中经常要面对的一个问题。但大型词典对茶叶语域中“返青”一词的释义却是缺失的。通过对茶叶行业术语的调查与分析,可见茶叶“返青”一词的语义生成是由“X青”构式中的动宾式词族的意义类聚、孳乳而来的。茶叶语义域下该词的产生是语言模因和行业发展两个机制共同作用的结果。 “Fanqing” is a common term in the tea industry and also a common phenomenon in the process of tea tasting and storage. However, the definition of the word “fanqing” in the semantic domain of tea leaves is generally missing in large reference books. Through the investigation and analysis of tea industry terms, it can be seen that the semantic generation of the word “fanqing” is derived from the meaning of the verb-object word family in the construction of “X qing”. The emergence of the word in the semantic domain of tea is the result of both language memes and industry development. The study of the word-formation and semantic meaning of “fanqing” can provide valuable reference materials and basis for compiling and revising tea dictionaries.
