有机肥配施对茶叶品质与茶园土壤养分的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本试验设置不施肥(CK)、茶叶专用复合肥+尿素(T1)、茶叶专用有机无机混肥(T2)、茶叶专用有机肥+茶叶专用复合肥+尿素(T3)、茶叶专用有机肥+普通复合肥+尿素(T4)、普通复合肥+尿素(T5)等6种施肥模式,以探讨有机肥配施对茶叶品质与茶园土壤养分的影响。结果表明:与不施肥对照CK比较,配施茶叶专用有机肥处理T3与T4提高春茶产量效果最显著,分别提高120.4%和132.3%;T3与T4施肥模式下的春茶及夏茶的滋味、香气、汤色更有优势,品质最优,且T3与T4施肥模式有利于提高茶园的有机质含量,减缓土壤酸化趋势,提高茶园质量。 In this study,six fertilization modes including control (CK),tea plant specific composite fertilizer + urea (T1),tea plant specific organic inorganic fertilizer (T2),tea plant specific organic fertilizer + tea specific composite fertilizer + urea (T3),tea plant specific organic fertilizer + common composite fertilizer + urea (T4),and common composite fertilizer + urea (T5) were set up to analyze the effects of organic fertilizer application on tea quality and soil nutrients in the tea garden.The results showed that compared with the no fertilization,the T3,T4 treatment with special organic fertilizer for tea had the most significant effect on improving the yield of spring tea,increasing 120.4% and 132.3% respectively.The taste,aroma and soup color of spring tea and summer tea treated with T3 and T4 had more advantages and the quality were best.It is beneficial to improve the organic matter content of tea garden,slow down the trend of soil acidification and improve the quality of tea garden.
