摘要 本文针对当前我国高校茶学专业本科人才培养与茶产业对人才的最新需求不相适应的问题,在分析我国茶产业对人才的最新需求的基础上剖析了当前茶学专业人才培养与产业发展对人才的需求不相称的主要原因,并在此基础上对茶产业现代化背景下茶学专业本科人才培养与教学改革的思路进行了探讨,以期为我国茶学高等教育教学改革提供参考。 In order to solve the problem that the undergraduate talent training of tea science major in Chinese universities is not compatible with the latest demand for talents in the tea industry,we analyzed the main reasons why the professional talent training of tea science is currently not commensurate with the demand for talents in the industry development in this work based on the analysis of the latest demand for talents in Chinese tea industry.Moreover,the ideas of the undergraduate talent training and teaching reform of tea science major under the background of tea industry modernization were discussed on this basis,which would provide a reference for the teaching reform of tea science higher education in China.
