This paper analyzes the problems existing in higher vocational mathematics teaching and the factors affecting higher vocational mathematics teaching. By integrating HPM into higher vocational mathematics teaching, it can promote students to comprehend the essence of mathematical knowledge, understand the value of mathematics to modern life more deeply, improve students’ interest in learning mathematics, and make mathematics classroom teaching more efficient.
