低剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂预防妊娠期高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with calcium in the prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension

目的探讨低剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂预防妊娠期高血压的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的合并妊娠期高血压患者90例,根据抽签法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规预防措施及钙剂治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予低剂量阿司匹林治疗,比较两组患者干预前后血压水平,干预后尿酸、尿素氮、尿蛋白水平及全血黏度,同时对比分析两组患者妊娠期高血压类疾病发生率。结果两组干预后血压水平、尿酸、尿素氮、尿蛋白水平及全血黏度比较,P<0.05;两组妊娠期高血压类疾病发生率比较,P<0.05。结论低剂量阿司匹林联合钙剂可有效改善患者血压水平,降低妊娠期高血压发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low-dose aspirin combined with calcium in the prevention of pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 90 patients with high-risk factors of pregnancy induced hypertension treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group received routine preventive measures and calcium treatment,and the observation group was treated with low-dose aspirin on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure level,uric acid,urea nitrogen,urinary protein level and whole blood viscosity of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.At the same time,the incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension in the two groups was analyzed.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure,uric acid,urea nitrogen,urinary protein and whole blood viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy induced hypertension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aspirin combined with calcium can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients and reduce the incidence of gestational hypertension.
