低位小水囊联合缩宫素对足月妊娠引产的临床效果

The clinical effect of low water sac made by Foleys catheter combined with oxytocin in induced labor of term pregnancy

目的分析Foleys导尿管制作的低位小水囊联合缩宫素用于足月妊娠促进宫颈成熟和引产的效果。方法选取我院收治的有引产指征的孕妇200例,抽签法分为两组,每组100例。观察组采用Foleys导尿管制作低位小水囊联合缩宫素引产,对照组采用缩宫素静脉滴注。比较两组干预前后宫颈Bishop评分、引产开始到临产时间及产程时间、引产有效率、母婴不良结局。结果两组干预前宫颈Bishop评分比较,P>0.05;干预后两组宫颈Bishop评分比较,P<0.05。观察组从引产开始到临产及产程时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);低位小水囊引产有效率、阴道分娩率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、宫颈裂伤、产后出血及产褥期感染发生率比较,P>0.05。结论Foleys导尿管制作的低位小水囊应用于妊娠晚期孕妇引产,有利于促进宫颈成熟,提高引产成功率,缩短产程且安全性高。

Objective To analyze the effect of low water sac made by Foleys catheter combined with oxytocin in promoting cervical maturity and inducing labor for term pregnancy.Methods 200 pregnant women with indications of induced labor treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,100 cases in each group.The observation group used low water sac made by Foleys catheter combined with oxytocin to induce labor,and the control group only used oxytocin intravenously.The Bishop score before and after intervention,the time from the beginning of labor induction to labor,the labor time,the effective rate of labor induction and adverse maternal and infant outcomes of delivery between the two groups were compared.Results The Bishop scores of the two groups before intervention were compared with P>0.05;the comparison after intervention was with P<0.05.The time from the beginning of labor induction to labor and the labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of low water sac in labor induction and vaginal delivery rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,cervical laceration,postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusin The low water sac made by Foleys catheter applied to the labor induction of term pregnancy can promote cervical maturity and successful rate of labor induction,shorten the labor course and is with good safety.
