摘要 为了解决基坑装配式钢结构支护体系中支撑构件之间异形缝填充料的早强和高强问题,在基本灌浆料配合比中掺加粉煤灰、硅灰、膨胀剂,开展了22组灌浆料棱柱体试块3 d、7 d和28 d的抗折、抗压试验。结果表明掺加三种材料均能提升灌浆材料早强和高强性能,该灌浆料应用于某基坑工程支护体系中,满足工程要求。 In order to solve the problems of early strength and high strength of filling materials for special-shaped joints between members in the prefabricated steel structure support system of foundation pit,the flexural and compressive strength tests of 22 groups of grouting materials prism-block for 3 d,7 d and 28 d were carried out by adding fly ash,silica ash and expansion agent into the mixture of basic grouting materials.The results show that the early strength and high strength properties of grouting materials can be improved by adding three kinds of materials.The grouting material is applied to the supporting system of a foundation pit engineering and meets the engineering requirements.
