摘要
以马钢奥瑟亚化工有限公司焦油酸洗涤分解单元为研究对象,探索一种新的硫酸钠废液的处理方法,通过在洗涤分解单元增加部分装置和对现有装置进行重新优化,改变以往硫酸钠废液的处理方式,实现在焦油加工生产过程中洗涤分解单元水的循环使用,生产单元无废液排出,降低了废液处理的风险和费用。
The washing and decomposition unit of tar acid in Ma Steel OCI Chemical Co., Ltd. was studied. explore a new method of sodium sulfate liquid waste processing, through the decomposition of washing unit increase part of the device and to optimize the existing device, change the way past sodium sulfate waste liquid processing, implementation in the tar processing production unit of recycle of water washing in the process of decomposition, No waste liquid is discharged from the production unit, reduce the risk and expense of waste liquid treatment.
