摘要
为加强城市公益性建筑项目管理,分析工程建设过程中忽视投资管理控制,普遍存在效率低下、资源浪费严重问题。通过对工程项目程序诸问题剖析,政府性投资资金的社会效益和经济效益能有效发挥,推进城市人居环境的不断完善,提升城市品质。
In order to strengthen the management of urban public welfare construction projects,the paper analyzes the problems of low efficiency and serious waste of resources in the process of project construction,which neglect investment management and control.Through the analysis of project program problems,the limited financial funds will be used to maximize social and economic benefits,and play a good demonstration role.
