以成果导向专业群建设路径的构建和实践--以中医康复专业群建设为例

国家《中医药健康服务发展规划(2015—2020年)》《中医药康复服务能力提升工程实施方案(2021—2025年)》均指出,要大力发展中医药康复服务能力。相关专业的人才培养成为提升中医药康复服务能力的重要举措。辽宁医药职业学院中医药康复服务的相关专业以成果导向教育理念为专业群建设的思维逻辑和行动框架,开展了课程、实训基地、师资队伍和运行机制建设,实施了“订单”、定制式及现代学徒制式人才培养,实现了校企共育的人才个性化培养。

《The TCM Health Service Development Plan(2015-2020)》and《The Implementation Plan of TCM Rehabilitation Service Capacity Improvement Project(2021-2025)》both point out that TCM rehabilitation service capacity should be vigorously developed,so talent training of relevant specialties has become an important measure to improve the ability of TCM rehabilitation services.Relevant specialties of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation services in Liaoning Vocational College of Medicine regards the outcome-based education system as the thinking logic and operation framework of the professional cluster construction,carries out the construction in the curriculum,practice base,faculty members and operation mechanism,implements the talent training of"order",customized and modern apprenticeship system,and realizes the personalized talent training of school-enterprise joint education.
