摘要
职业教育是一种以技术技能培养为主的教育类型,这决定了职业教育教师队伍素质、结构与普通高等教育有着显著的差别。职业教育教师队伍协同的核心指标是“双师素质+双师结构”的最优化。要提高校企协同程度,必须围绕“企业技术人员利用”与“专任教师实践能力提升”两个关键指标展开建设。为此,需要建立校企师资协同的有效机制,让校企双方人员互动交流起来,共同致力于高素质技术技能人才培养。
Vocational education is a type of education that focuses on the training of technical skills,so the quality and structure of teachers in vocational education are different from that of ordinary higher education.The core index of teacher collaboration in vocational education is the optimization of"double teacher quality+double teacher structure".To improve the degree of collaboration,we must focus on two key indicators of"the employment of enterprise technical personnel"and"the enhancement of full-time teachers'practical ability"to carry out the construction.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an effective mechanism for teacher collaboration between schools and enterprises,so that the two sides can interact and exchange with each other,and are jointly committed to the training of high-quality technical skilled talents.
