高职院校辅导员安全教育工作的思考与研究

Thoughts and Research on Safety Education of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

构建和谐、安全、稳定的高校校园环境是开展教育教学工作的前提,辅导员作为大学生日常思想教育的组织者、实施者、指导者,在维护校园安全稳定工作中起到了积极的作用。通过前期的调查结果,总结归纳了辅导员在维护校园安全稳定工作中的作用价值以及现实困境,有针对性地提出了高职院校辅导员加强安全教育工作的有效途径。

Building a harmonious,safe and stable campus environment is the premise of education and teaching.As the organizer,executor and instructor of college students'daily ideological education,counselors have played a positive role in maintaining campus safety and stability.Based on the preliminary results of the investigation,this paper summarizes the role of counselors in maintaining campus safety and stability and the practical dilemma,and puts forward effective ways to strengthen the safety education work for higher vocational college counselors.
