Causes and Countermeasures of Common Psychological Problems of Higher Vocational Students in the New Situation

近年来的调查结果显示,高职学生这一群体是心理危机的高发人群,严重影响着学生的成长和发展。比如学业上的颓废、人际关系上的危机、感情上的困扰等等。高职学生心理危机形成的原因是比较复杂的,既有个体的心理品质、先天遗传等内在因素,也有家庭、学校、社会等外部因素。在大力提倡素质教育的今天,我们必须提高认识,把高职学生心理健康教育工作作为思想政治教育工作的重中之重,抓好抓实。

In recent years,the survey results show that higher vocational college students have become a psychological vulnerable group,and this group has a high incidence of psychological crisis,such as academic decadence,interpersonal crisis,and emotional upsets,seriously affecting the growth and development of students.There are complicated reasons for the formation of psychological crisis,including internal factors such as individual psychological quality and congenital heredity,as well as external factors such as family,school and society.In advocating quality education,we should improve our understanding and regard the mental health education of higher vocational students as the top priority in ideological and political education.
